Linesheet PDF generates a wholesale catalog, line sheet, or per-product data sheet as a print-ready PDF from the products already in your Shopify store.
Getting started
- Install the app from the Shopify App Store.
- On the app page, choose which products to include — a collection, a tag, or your whole active catalog.
- Pick a template and set your wholesale rate if you want wholesale prices printed.
- Hit Preview 1 page to check the layout, prices and heading before building the whole thing — a large photo-heavy catalog takes a while, so it is worth catching a typo here.
- Then generate. The PDF downloads straight to your computer.
Templates
- Grid catalog — 9 products per page with images, SKU and price. Best for a browsable catalog.
- Line sheet — 20 rows per page with a thumbnail, wholesale price, MSRP and an order quantity box. Best for wholesale buyers.
- Data sheet — one product per page with a large image. Best for a spec sheet.
Limits
- Up to 500 products in a single PDF. Split larger catalogs into batches — by collection or tag.
- Only active products are included. Draft and archived products are skipped so buyers never order something they cannot buy.
- Product text is printed in a standard Latin typeface. Characters outside it — Korean, Japanese, Chinese, emoji — are replaced with
?rather than failing the export. Multi-language catalogs are not supported yet. - Each product uses its first variant's SKU and price.
Pricing
9.99 USD per 30 days, with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel from inside the app at any time — no email required.
Common questions
My PDF is very large. Why?
File size is driven by your product photos. Line sheets use small thumbnails and stay small; a grid catalog of several hundred photo-heavy products can run past what most email inboxes accept. If the app warns you about size, use the line sheet template or split the catalog.
Can I design my own layout?
Not yet. The app ships fixed templates.
Where do wholesale prices come from?
From the wholesale rate you set in the app, applied to each product's price. The app does not read Shopify B2B price lists yet.
