Privacy policy
Linesheet PDF reads your Shopify products and turns them into a PDF catalog or line sheet that you download. This page describes exactly what that requires us to touch.
What we read
- Your product titles, SKUs, prices, and product images — read from the Shopify Admin API when you generate a catalog.
- Your store domain and the access token Shopify issues when you install the app.
- The catalog settings you choose in the app: template, product selection, wholesale rate, and the heading and contact line printed on the PDF.
What we store
- Your encrypted access token and your catalog settings.
- A short history of the catalogs you generated (template, product count, page count, timestamp).
- We do not store your customers' personal data. The app requests only the
read_productsscope — it never reads orders, customers, or checkout data, and cannot.
Product images
Product images are fetched from Shopify's CDN at generation time and embedded into the PDF you download. We request a reduced-width version of each image rather than the original file.
Deletion
When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us an app/uninstalled webhook and we delete your token, settings and history. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing cardi.workshop@gmail.com.
